Great experience with Varriales from the second you walk in the door you are treated like a lifelong friend. Usually sit down for the pizza which was cooked to perfection. Recommend this place to all my close friends and family. 5/5.
Perfect. The food was delivered hot. All tasted excellent! Cheese steak was loaded with meat and tender....cheese was just right. The delux hogie was fresh..Plenty of meat and cheese . The lettuce was fresh and it was spiced just right. Chicken mozzarella and peppers was also great. A home run on 12/20/2024 @ 6pm. Tell them Chester avenue sent you, you wont be dissapoointed.
This quaint little pizza parlor located in the Stop & Shop plaza is an excellent place for Italian food. The prices are very reasonable and the food is excellent. Stopped in for a quick lunch and had the chicken Parmesan dinner. My wife had the Fried shrimp sandwich with roasted red peppers and mozzarella. It was terrific and we will be back for more Italian food soon.
Little cramped for dining indoors. It's definitely a go-to. Sad the reviews are low for this one. Food was so crispy yet, cheesy crust with bread. Little greasy but plenty of flop to the pizza. It was truly mouth-watering. Very affordable. Garlic knots are tip tier too!
This is the place for great pizza and Italian food in Whiting! Also, they're a family, so it's a very nice staff, always happy to see us and they remember my mom's special dietary needs (she's celiac, so she needs to eat gluten free, and they pull together meals in ways that let her have dishes she has been craving but unable to get - unbreaded chicken parm, gluten free pizza, pasta fagiola soup - minus the pasta, etc.). We have been coming back with great regularity since our first visit. Do yourself a favor and give them a try! :)
